Shay Kay is the President of Strive for Synergy (SFS). She has over 20 years of consulting experience working with nonprofit organizations/associations. She has worn many hats and held various interim leadership roles including development, human resources, membership, and meeting planning with a dual role as Acting Head of Operations or Acting Chief of Staff. Shay has mastered the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and effectively. She not only has a strong grasp of both strategic and operational aspects of management but is well versed in many governance models.

Shay is the founder and editor-in-chief of her own conceptualized magazine focused on encouraging women to follow their passions through articles, interviews and small business success stories. She is an exceptional speaker, motivator and team builder. Shay’s ability to unite a diverse group of individuals is nothing short of inspiring. With an innate talent for fostering collaboration, she effortlessly brings people together, encouraging open dialogue and innovative thinking.
